FULL LIST: Successful passers of the April 2026 midwives licensure exam

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) said 901 out of 2,124 examinees passed the April 2026 Midwives Licensure Examination.

The PRC said starting May 18, 2026, registration for the Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be conducted online. Successful passers are asked to visit www.prc.gov.ph for the initial registration. 

After this, board passers have to register personally and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

All registrants are required to bring the following items:

• A downloaded and duly accomplished Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)

• Notice of Admission (for identification purposes)

• Two passport-sized photos (colored, white background, with a complete name tag)

• Two sets of documentary stamps

• One short brown envelope

  
  

The date and venue for the oath-taking ceremony of the successful examinees will be announced later, the PRC said.
