PRC: Lanao School of Science and Technology grad tops February 2026 criminology exam

PRC announces that 30,320 out of 45,936 examinees passed the February 2026 Criminologists Licensure Exam nationwide, with Khim Erole Lawyan Batersal topping the board at 93.05%.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) said a graduate of the Lanao School of Science and Technology took the top spot among the 30,320 examinees who passed the Licensure Examination for Criminologists given by the Board of Criminology.


The PRC said the highest ratings were achieved by the following:


  • Khim Erole Lawyan Batersal, Lanao School of Science and Technology, 93.05;

  • Tony Ong Bannot Dinamling, Ifugao State University (for. Ifugao Scaf)-Lamut, 92.70,

  • Ronemel Layson Castolo, Saint Theresa College-Tandag and Shiela Rose Arcilles Nedera, Samar College, 92.45.


A total of 45,936 criminology graduates took the exam last February 2026 in 31 testing centers all over the Philippines.


The test results of 54 examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.


Aside from this, the results 16 examinees were withheld pending submission of required documents.


The results were released in 26 working days from the last day of examination.
