MANILA – Philippine law enforcement officers gathered outside the Senate building on Wednesday, according to Senate Sergeant-at-Arms Mao Aplasca, shortly after Senator Ronald dela Rosa said his arrest was imminent.
Earlier, dela Rosa urged Filipinos to take action to prevent his transfer to the International Criminal Court.
