The Ryder Cup will remain on NBC and USA Network through at least 2033 following a two-year extension of its media agreement with the PGA of America.
Announced Monday, the extension ensures that U.S. TV and streaming coverage will stay within the NBC and USA Network families, including Peacock and the Golf Channel. This also covers the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, Senior PGA Championship, and PGA Professional Championship.
Originally set to expire in 2031, the deal now runs through the 2033 Ryder Cup at the Olympic Club in San Francisco, marking more than four decades of NBC coverage.
“We are excited to continue our partnership with the PGA of America and USA Sports, and look forward to presenting one of the most intense international rivalries in sports at the historic Olympic Club, in the Ryder Cup’s first competition in the Bay Area,” said Justin Byczek, NBC Sports executive vice president of programming and rights management.
Meanwhile, the men’s PGA Championship will continue to air on CBS and ESPN under a separate media agreement that runs through 2030.
