Korean actor Kim Seon Ho is officially part of the cast of "Bonjour Bakery," bringing him back to the variety show scene.

Seon-ho, 39, has appeared in variety programs, including “2 Days & 1 Night” Season 4 as a main cast member  and “Mukbo Brothers” Season 2 as a special cast member.

On Thursday, April 16, Seon- ho’s agency Fantagio officially announced his participation, along with photos featuring fellow cast members Kim Hee-ae, Cha Seung Won, and Lee Ki Taek.

"Sweet dessert cafe, sweet favorite actor. Please look forward to the new look of actor Sun Ho Kim, who transformed into a barista," the caption wrote.

"Bonjour Bakery" is a baking variety show set in a rural village. It revolves around a French dessert café, where pastries are prepared using locally sourced ingredients. The shop serves desserts to elderly customers.

According to Allkpop, the cast has been preparing for filming by practicing their baking and barista skills despite their busy schedules.

The show also marks Seon-ho’s reunion with Seung-won following their acting collaboration on the action-thriller series “The Tyrant.”

Bonjour Bakery” will be available to stream on Coupang Play on May 8 at 4 p.m. KST, which also falls on Seon-ho’s birthday.
