K-Pop royalty BLACKPINK is partnering with the National Museum of Korea for a unique cultural project tied to the release of their third mini-album, Deadline

Running from February 26 to March 8, 2026, this collaboration is the first large-scale partnership between a K-pop group and Korea’s flagship museum. Music-streaming giant Spotify has also joined as an official partner.

Before the official album release, fans can participate in a special, limited-time listening session titled DEADLINE: BLACKPINK WILL MAKE YOU.

According to Blackpink's agency, YG Entertainment,  the pre-release event offers a special preview of the album.  The Seoul Broadcasting System reported that the museum exterior will be illuminated in pink, offering an eye-catching experience for visitors.

Inside, fans and visitors can enjoy a unique cultural tour, with the four members narrating audio guides for eight selected museum artifacts, providing an engaging way to explore Korea’s rich cultural heritage.

A special listening session for the full Deadline album will be held along the museum’s “Path of History” at the Gwanggaeto the Great Stele. Spotify Premium users will enjoy select listening sessions with pre-release access on February 19 at 8 p.m. KST, available by reservation.

Starting February 27 at 2 p.m. KST, on the official release of Deadline, all museum visitors can join the listening sessions.

The mini-album includes five tracks: GO, JUMP, Me and My, Champion, and Fxxxboy.

Blackpink is composed of Jennie, Jisoo, Rosé and Lisa. Their last album, Born Pink, was released in 2022.
