Actress and model Sarah Lahbati recently appeared in the reality and lifestyle series "The Parisian Agency: Exclusive Properties," where she went apartment hunting in Paris.

In Season 6, Episode 3, Lahbati looked at a property near the Arc de Triomphe with the help of host Valentin Kretz, a French real estate agent, sharing that she has a budget of around €5 million (roughly ₱300+ million).

During the episode, Kretz, 36, showed her a 165 square-meter, fully furnished apartment. The area is described as central and lively, filled with restaurants, nightclubs, and luxury boutiques, with a well-known university nearby along Avenue Foch—something that interests Lahbati.

"It's really a dream for me. Maybe one day my kids could study here. Hopefully that happens," she said. Lahbati, 32, also mentioned she had been busy attending Paris Fashion Week, juggling up to five shows in a single day. “Between events and brand work, it’s nonstop,” she said.

Kretz guided her through the search and asked if she was familiar with the neighborhood. Lahbati said she was, a little, since she’s currently staying near the Arc de Triomphe.

The two also share a personal connection, as Lahbati is friends with Kretz’s wife, Filipino fashion designer Charina Sarte.

As they toured the fully furnished apartment, Lahbati spoke mostly in French, occasionally switching to English.

She was immediately drawn to the space. “I love the mix of modern and vintage,” she said upon seeing the living room.

She also praised the kitchen, calling it “super chic and big” and “very Fashion Week.”

“I love the energy of the apartment. It’s very, very much my style.” By the end of the tour, she admitted she couldn’t even pick a favorite room.

When she asked about the price, Kretz revealed it was €4.75 million, which was within her budget. Lahbati did not make a decision yet, as she wanted her mom and kids to see the apartment once she returned to Manila.

"I'm heading back to Manila tomorrow. And I’d really like them to see the apartment, if you can send me some photos.”

Kretz then asked if her family usually agrees with her choices. Lahbati replied, “The kids, it depends. But I’ve got a really good feeling about this apartment.”

She also shared that she has two sons whom she shares with her ex-husband, actor Richard Gutierrez: Kai (7) and Zion (12). Sarah, who has a Moroccan father and a Filipino mother, grew up in Geneva.

“I’ll see you when I’m back in Paris,” she said, closing the episode.
