The Kings of P-pop SB19 just made history as they will be the first Filipino act to perform at Lollapalooza, one of the most prestigious music festivals in the world.

The announcement follows their recent performance at Japan’s D.U.N.K. showcase in Yokohama. The full Lollapalooza lineup was released on Tuesday, March 17, through the music festival’s official website and social media channels.

SB19 shared the news across all their social media accounts: “Surprise, A’tin! We’re so thrilled to announce that we’ll be performing on the Lollapalooza stage this 2026 Can’t wait to see you, Chichago!”

P-pop girl group BINI showed their support by reposting SB19’s announcement on Facebook: “A win for SB19, a win for OPM! Huge congrats on your Lollapalooza journey! From PH to the world… Mabuhay ang musikang Pilipino!”

Lollapalooza 2026 will take place from July 30 to August 2 at Grant Park in Chicago, Illinois. The four-day festival, held annually since 1991, features performances across eight major stages and has hosted some of the world’s top artists.

Headlining the music fest this year are British singer-songwriters Charli XCX and Olivia Dean, Jennie of BLACKPINK, Canadian singer-songwriter Tate McRae, New Zealand singer Lorde, American rock band The Smashing Pumpkins, American DJ John Summit, and indie rock band The xx, alongside other performers from around the globe.

The group also joined Weverse today, giving A’TIN a dedicated space to follow their updates. SB19 is scheduled to release their new album, Wakas At Simula, next week, on March 27.
