KYIV- A Russian drone struck a funeral procession on Saturday on the outskirts of the Ukrainian city of Sumy in the country's northeast, seriously injuring at least one person, the local governor said.

Governor Ihor Kalchenko did not provide further details, while local media reported that the guided attack drone hit the road near a bus, injuring a total of four people.

Sumy is located 30 km (19 miles) from the Russian border and has been regularly attacked by Russian missiles and drones in recent years of the war.
