Supreme Court: UP Law grad tops 2025 Philippine Bar exams
The Supreme Court of the Philippines on Wednesday said 5,594 out of 11,420 examinees, or 48.98 percent, passed the 2025 Bar Examinations, led by Jhenroniel Rhey Timola Sanchez, a graduate of the University of the Philippines College of Law.

Philippine Supreme Court releases 2025 BAR Exam results; Jhenroniel Sanchez tops with 92.7%

The Supreme Court of the Philippines on Wednesday said 5,594 out of 11,420 examinees, or 48.98 percent, passed the 2025 Bar Examinations.
Supreme Court Associate Justice Amy C. Lazaro-Javier, #Bar2025 Chairperson, officially announced the results on the different communication channels of the SC, including YouTube.
The Bar examination was given on September 7, 10 and 14, 2025, according to the SC website.
The top three passers are:
(1) Jhenroniel Rhey Timola Sanchez of University of the Philippines, with a rating of 92.7000%;
(2) Spinel Albert Allauigan Declaro of University Of Santo Tomas-Manila, with a rating of 92.4625%; and
(3) Alaiza Agatep Adviento of University Of Santo Tomas - Manila with a rating of 91.9125%.
