Gazini Ganados finishes in the Top 5 of Miss Grand International All Stars

Gazini Ganados of the Philippines finished in the Top 5 of the inaugural Miss Grand International All Stars pageant in Bangkok, Thailand on May 31, 2026.

The former Miss Philippines Universe brought pride to the country as she stood out from the rest in every round, bringing her best foot forward with every turn, step and pose.

Online voting by the public was crucial as it was equal to 30 percent of the contestants' score in each round. The remaining 70 percent was scored by the judges.

Ganados was the country's bet in the  2019 Miss Universe pageant held in the United States. With Catriona Gray's Miss Universe win the previous year, expectations were high for a repeat. She reached only the Top 20.

In the Q&A portion,  Miss Grand International 2020 Abena Appiah Akuaba asked her, "Cyberbullying has become one of the biggest threats facing young people today. Beyond simply telling people to be kind, what practical steps should society take to reduce cyberbullying?"

Ganados replied, "I was once a victim of cyberbullying. It was not easy to go through something that you didn't ask for. As a Filipina-Palestinian, I have raised my voice and I have conquered my fears because I faced the struggles that I have been facing.

"My family is still stuck in Gaza. And now that I'm fighting for their lives, I just want to do my best, be their representation, and raise their flags, just like who I am today as a Filipina-Palestinian." 

Ganados was among five Filipinas in the competition for international pageant veterans. The contest was also organized by the producers of the Miss Grand International pageant.

The other Philippine bets in the MGI All Stars aside from Ganados are Miss International Queen 2022 Fuschia Ravena, Miss Philippines Earth Imelda Schweighart, Manila-based Brazilian beauty queen Alexia Nuñez, and Universal Woman Arabia 2025 Keylyn Trajano.
