NBA: Gui Santos' career game helps Warriors rally, extend Nets' skid
Golden State Warriors rallied from a double-digit deficit to beat the Brooklyn Nets 109-106, led by Gui Santos’ career-high 31 points and Brandin Podziemski’s 22. The win marked Golden State’s first back-to-back victories since January and extended the team’s streak of consecutive sellouts to 600 games.

Gui Santos scored a career-high 31 points and Brandin Podziemski added 22 as the Golden State Warriors rallied to beat the Brooklyn Nets 109-106 on Wednesday night in San Francisco.
Golden State (35-38) won for the third time in its last 11 games, while Brooklyn (17-56) dropped its ninth straight.
Kristaps Porzingis had 17 points and 10 rebounds, De'Anthony Melton added 14 points, and Gary Payton II scored 10 for the Warriors, who won despite matching a season-high with 26 turnovers.
For the Nets, Ziaire Williams led with 19 points, followed by Jalen Wilson with 15. Ben Saraf contributed 14 points and seven assists, Malachi Smith had 12 points, Chaney Johnson added 11, and Drake Powell finished with 10.
The Warriors won consecutive games for the first time since Jan. 13-19 and celebrated a franchise record with their 600th consecutive sellout.
Golden State trailed by as many as 13 in the second quarter before opening the fourth on a 16-4 run to take a 93-90 lead on Will Richard's 3-pointer with 6:44 remaining. After Brooklyn tied the game at 106 on Saraf's dunk with 46 seconds left, Melton made one of two free throws with 24.5 seconds remaining to put the Warriors ahead. Draymond Green sealed the win with two foul shots after Saraf missed a floater on Brooklyn’s next possession.
Santos finished 11-of-16 from the field and 4-of-6 from 3-point range, scoring 15 points in the third quarter alone. Golden State had trailed 30-25 after the opening period.
Brooklyn extended its lead to 42-30 on Saraf's 3-pointer in the second quarter and led 58-50 at halftime. The Nets forced 15 turnovers and shot 52.6% in the first half, with Porzingis leading all scorers with 13 points.
The Nets maintained their advantage through the third quarter, leading 82-70 after Tyson Etienne’s 3-pointer with 2:03 left. However, Santos’ strong third-quarter performance helped the Warriors cut the deficit to 86-77 heading into the final period.
