England continued preparations for the 2026 World Cup on Tuesday (June 2) with a training session in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, as manager Thomas Tuchel put his squad through drills in the South Florida heat.

Midfielder Jordan Henderson said the team's focus is on unity and maximizing the considerable talent within the squad as they build toward soccer's biggest tournament.

Players including Jude Bellingham, Marcus Rashford, Anthony Gordon and captain Harry Kane took part in passing drills, conditioning exercises and running sessions as Tuchel observed from the sidelines.

Henderson also highlighted the importance of adapting to the warm conditions expected during the tournament, saying the team is using training and upcoming matches to build fitness and acclimatize to the heat.
