The road to Anime Expo 2026 is shaping up to be an exciting one for anime fans, and Crunchyroll is making sure there is no shortage of must-see events.

Leading the schedule is the “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle Celebration,” which will bring together some of the franchise’s biggest Japanese voice actors for a special look back at the film and a preview of what’s next from Ufotable.

Anime Expo 2026, also known as AX, will take place at the Los Angeles Convention Center from July 2–5. The event is recognized as the largest Japanese pop culture convention in North America, bringing together fans and industry professionals from around the world to celebrate anime, manga, gaming, music, fashion, and entertainment.

Alongside "Demon Slayer," attendees can expect early screenings of new and returning series, creator panels, cast and voice actor appearances, and major reveals throughout the four-day event in Los Angeles.

According to Crunchyroll, activities begin with a series of exclusive screenings and premieres of several anime titles, including returning series and upcoming releases, giving attendees first looks before their official debuts.

On July 3, Crunchyroll will host a full day of panels, previews, and voice cast appearances featuring titles such as "Gachiakuta," "The Apothecary Diaries," "BLACK TORCH," and "Daemons of the Shadow Realm."

Later in the afternoon, the “Crunchyroll Showcase” will happen from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., featuring sneak peeks, studio spotlights, and major announcements. From 3:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m., Witch Hat Atelier will feature manga creator Kamome Shirahama, voice actress Rena Motomura, and voice actor Natsuki Hanae as they discuss the making of the series and what it takes” to become a master witch.”

One of the biggest events of the convention will be the “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle Celebration,” scheduled for Friday, July 3, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Peacock Theater.

The special event will revisit the theatrical release of "Infinity Castle" and feature appearances of main leads with Natsuki Hanae, the Japanese voice of Tanjiro Kamado; Takahiro Sakurai, the Japanese voice of Giyu Tomioka; and Saori Hayami, the Japanese voice of Shinobu Kocho, who will be making her AX debut.

Fans will also be treated to a special video presentation of the latest movie and will have the opportunity to see the latest footage from Ufotable’s newest film project.

The evening continues with additional Crunchyroll schedule, including panels for the featured titles, featuring cast appearances, screenings, and behind-the-scenes discussions.

In the final days of Anime Expo, Crunchyroll will continue its broader showcase of upcoming anime through additional presentations and activities.
