Kendall Jenner isn’t rushing into parenthood anytime soon. While the supermodel, reality star and businesswoman plans to have children eventually, she says her focus right now is herself. 

Kendall, 30, told Vogue France in a recent interview, “I want to have them, but not right now.”

“I want to make sure I can dedicate a lot of time, and at the moment, I’m still too busy,” she added.

Kendall also said the most important thing will be to stay true to herself and to continue having a good time. "That might sound like a cliché answer, but it’s really important to me. I think most women—most people—understand this: When you’re in your twenties, you don’t always really know who you are or what you want, so things can quickly become difficult or stressful," she explained. 

"Many older people tell me they wish they had been more relaxed in their twenties, not taken things so seriously, and enjoyed life more. It was the same for me: When I was 20, I was too stressed and spent all my time running around. Now that I’m 30, I want to focus on myself."

All her siblings—Kourtney, Kim, Khloé, and Rob Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner are already parents.

Kendall also reflected on how she found her way into modeling. In the same interview, she said creativity has always been part of  her life, though her early passions leaned more toward sports.

Her interest in fashion developed in her teens, largely inspired by photography. A high school class sparked it all and she began photographing friends, experimenting with cameras, and eventually transitioning from behind the lens to modeling in front of it.
