Italy receives requests for logistics aid and supplies from Gulf countries
Italy says Gulf countries have sought logistics aid and supplies as regional tensions rise, while confirming the safety of its troops deployed across the Middle East.

Italy has received requests for logistics aid and supplies from Gulf countries caught up in the conflict between Iran, Israel and the United States, Rome's Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani said on Monday.
Addressing a parliamentary committee in Rome, Tajani also said Italian troops deployed in Lebanon, Jordan and other parts of the region were safe.
