At least 20 dead in ranch shooting in Honduras

At least 20 people were killed in a Thursday shooting at a ranch in northern Honduras, regional police said.

"So far... 20 bodies have been recovered," Deputy Commissioner for the area, Jasser Ramos, said in a late Thursday interview with TV station TN5.

Ramos added that the dead included 15 men, three women and two minors.

Authorities had previously reported difficulties in securing the scene as some families had already arrived to take their loved ones' bodies away.
