The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) said over 57% or 1,085 out of 1,895 examinees passed the April 2026 Pharmacists Licensure Examination (PHLE).
The PRC said the topnotcher came from the University of San Agustin, Royce Arjan Java Fantillan, who garnered a score of 94.65%.
PRC data showed that the topnotcher's alma mater was also the top performing school among those who had more than 100 examinees.
Out of 148 examinees from the University of San Agustin, 122 passed for an average passing rate of 82.43%.

According to the PRC, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Cards (ID) and Certificates of Registration will be conducted online starting May 25, 2026.
Successful passers are asked to visit www.prc.gov.ph for the initial registration.
Then exam passers must to to the PRC to sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
All registrants are required to bring the following items:
A downloaded and duly accomplished Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
Notice of Admission (for identification purposes only)
Two passport-sized color photos (white background with a complete name tag)
Two sets of documentary stamps
One short brown envelope
