PRC: Mariano Marcos State University grads dominate April 2026 pharmacists' exam
Graduates of the Mariano Marcos State University in Batac, Ilocos Norte took six of the top 10 spots in the April 2026 Pharmacists Licensure Examination (PHLE).

Graduates of the Mariano Marcos State University in Batac, Ilocos Norte took six of the top 10 spots in the April 2026 Pharmacists Licensure Examination (PHLE).
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) revealed that out of the top three highest scorers, two examinees were from the Mariano Marcos State University:
Kyla Camille Semana Ortal, 2nd place, 94.35%
Hendrix Rob Bueno Cleto, 3rd place, 94.15
However, the top spot went to Royce Arjan Java Fantillan of the University of San Agustin with a rating of 94.65.
The alma mater of the topnotcher, University of San Agustin, is also the top performing school among those with more than 100 examinees.
PRC data showed that out of 148 examinees from the university, 122 passed for an average percentage of passers at 82.43%.
On the other hand, for schools with 50 to 99 examinees, the top performing school is the Mariano Marcos State University in Batac. Out of 94 examinees from the university, 85 passed for an average passing rate of 90.43%.
