FULL LIST: Successful passers of the April 2026 real estate brokers licensure exam

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) said 1,863 out of 2,296 examinees passed the April 2026 Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination.

According to the PRC, registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be conducted online starting June 22, 2026.

Successful passers are asked to visit www.prc.gov.ph.

The PRC said those registering are required to bring the following items:

• Downloaded and duly accomplished Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)

• Notice of Admission (for identification purposes)

• Two passport-sized color photos (white background with a complete name tag)

• Two sets of documentary stamps

• One short brown envelope

• Original Surety Bond (minimum amount of ₱20,000.00) with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) / Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) as Obligee

  
  

 All successful examinees are required to personally register and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees will be announced later, the PRC said.
