Sirens sounded in Jerusalem and missiles were seen in the sky on Saturday (March 14) amid the ongoing U.S.-Israeli war on Iran.

After nearly two weeks of war, 2,000 people have been killed, most of them in Iran, but many also in Lebanon and a growing number in the Gulf, which has for the first time in decades of Middle East conflicts found itself on the front line.

U.S. and Israeli officials have said their aim is to end Iran's ability to project force beyond its borders and also to destroy its nuclear program.
