PRC: Camarines Sur Polytechnic College grad tops the April 2026 midwives' licensure exam

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) said 901 out of 2,124 examinees passed the Midwives Licensure Examination.

The PRC said the top three placers are:

• Roi Zedrick Follosco Belen, Camarines Sur Polytechnic College-Nabua, 1st Place with a rating of 93.70%;

• Kyra Lianne Hibo Gamboa, New Era University, 2nd Place with a rating of 93.55%, and

• Jeric Palisoc Ursua, Virgen Milagrosa University Foundation, 3rd place with a rating of 93.20%.
