Graduates of San Pedro College in Davao City took the top two spots in the March 2026 Medical Technologists Licensure Examination.

In a news release on Wednesday, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) said the top spots were taken by the following examinees:

• Reisz Wyrnel Gaudicos Camasin, San Pedro College-Davao City, 93.00;

• Dexter Alvarez Masongsong Jr., San Pedro College-Davao City, 92.90, and

• Marc Ian Bunagan Tuddao, Cagayan State University-Andrews Campus, 92.80.

The PRC said 7,838 out of 9,317 examinees passed the exam given by the Board of Medical Technology in the National Capital Region, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, and other areas in the country.

The PRC said the results of five examinees were withheld pending determination of their liabilities under the governing rules and regulations.

Meanwhile, the PRC said those who failed to pass the Medical Technology board exam but obtained a rating of at least 70 percent can register as Medical Laboratory Technicians.
