PRC: UP Diliman grad tops April 2026 electrical engineers licensure exam

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) said 3,769 out of 6,556 examinees passed the Registered Electrical Engineers Licensure Examination.

The top three placers are:

• John Veluz Labrador of University of the Philippines-Diliman, who garnered a rating of 94.25%.

• Carl Aeron Rodriguez Gallardo of Tarlac State University (Tarlac College of Tech), with a rating of 93.70%.

• Wilson Egmilan Binamira Jr. of the University of Science and Tech of Southern Phils - CDO with a rating of 93.50%.
