PRC: UP Diliman grad tops May 2026 licensure exam for chemical engineers
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 565 out of 728 examinees passed the May 2026 Chemical Engineers Computer-Based Licensure Examination held in multiple testing centers nationwide. Bren Daniel Josue Ebriega led the successful examinees with a top score of 90.80%.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) said a graduate of the University of the Philippines (UP) in Diliman, Quezon City topped the May 2026 licensure examination for chemical engineers.
According to the PRC, Bren Daniel Josue Ebriega topped the exam with a rating of 90.80%.
John Norbert Gervacio Capacio of UP-Los Baños, placed second with a rating of 88.80%.
Carlo Angelo Jonathan Hingpit Templa, of Mapua Malayan Colleges Mindanao placed third with a rating of 87.30%.
All in all, 565 out of 728 passed the Chemical Engineers Computer-Based Licensure Examination.
The exams were conducted the Board of Chemical Engineering in the National Capital Region, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales and Tuguegarao this May 2026.
