PRC: UP Open University grad tops May 2026 licensure exam for environmental planners

The PRC announced that 537 out of 555 examinees passed the Environmental Planners Computer-Based Licensure Examination held in multiple testing centers nationwide in May 2026. Teodorico Mariano Collano Jr. of UP Open University topped the exam with a 90.35% rating.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) said a graduate of the University of the Philippines-Open University topped the May 2026 Environmental Planners Computer-Based Licensure Examination.


According to the PRC, Teodorico Mariano Collano Jr. of University of the Philippines-Open University, placed 1st with a rating of 90.35%.

Marie Edraline Bantuan Belga of UP Diliman placed second with a rating of 89.05%.


Then Mariel Mae Maculbe Javelona of Philippine Christian University-Manila placed third with a rating of 88.70%.


All i537 out of 555 examinees passed the licensure exam iven by the Board of Environmental Planning in the National Capital Region, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Rosales and Tuguegarao last May 2026, the PRC said.
