The first round of the Valero Texas Open was delayed by 90 minutes on Thursday morning due to inclement weather, the PGA Tour announced.
Players were originally scheduled to tee off at 7:30 a.m. local time, but play began at 9 a.m. at TPC San Antonio, with preferred lies in effect for the round.
As the final tournament before the Masters, the Valero Texas Open offers one last chance for a winner to secure an invitation to Augusta National.
