Paul George poured in 32 points and Joel Embiid added 29 as the Philadelphia 76ers rolled to a 139-122 victory over the visiting Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday night.

George was red-hot from long range, shooting 9-of-15 from beyond the arc as Philadelphia secured its 25th win of the season, already surpassing last year’s total. Tyrese Maxey finished with 22 points and nine assists, while VJ Edgecombe contributed 12 points, eight rebounds, and seven assists for the Sixers.

Myles Turner led Milwaukee with 31 points, while Ryan Rollins chipped in 24. The Bucks played without star forward Giannis Antetokounmpo, who is sidelined with a calf injury and is expected to miss at least a month. Bobby Portis posted a strong all-around performance with 17 points, 12 rebounds, and eight assists.

Philadelphia rebounded from a lopsided 130-93 road loss to the Charlotte Hornets on Monday. Milwaukee, meanwhile, continued to struggle, dropping six of its last seven games.

The Sixers led 94-91 before closing the third quarter with a 12-0 run over the final 2:06. Maxey and George each scored six points during the surge, giving Philadelphia a 106-95 lead entering the fourth.

George opened the final period with a 3-pointer, followed shortly by another from rookie Jared McCain, pushing the Sixers ahead 114-99 with 10:17 remaining. George then knocked down another shot from deep, and McCain answered once more as Philadelphia stretched the lead to 120-104.

McCain continued his shooting display, drilling back-to-back 3-pointers to give the hosts a 123-104 advantage and effectively put the game out of reach. He finished with 17 points, hitting 5-of-6 attempts from long distance.

The Bucks made a late push, trimming the deficit to 129-117 with 4:04 left. Embiid quickly responded with a 3-pointer, and Philadelphia comfortably closed out the win.

The Sixers took a 42-34 lead after the first quarter behind 18 points from Embiid. Philadelphia extended the margin to 13 points midway through the second quarter before Rollins helped Milwaukee pull within 71-62 at halftime.

Early in the third quarter, George scored 10 points in just over two minutes to give Philadelphia an 81-74 edge. However, Kyle Kuzma and Portis sparked a response that tied the game at 81-81 before the Sixers regained control.
