The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) have released the results of the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (L.E.P.T.) administered on March 15, 2026.

According to the PRC, 45,001 out of 61,561 secondary level teachers (73.10%) passed the examination across 41 testing centers nationwide.

Among the successful secondary candidates, 39,446 are first-timers and 5,555 are repeaters, the PRC said.

The results for 58 examinees are currently withheld pending determination of liabilities, while two additional results are withheld for document verification.

The requirements for the issuance of the Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Card (ID) are:

1. Notice of Admission (for identification purposes only)

2. Downloaded and duly accomplished Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)

3. Two passport-sized photos (colored, white background, with complete nametag)

4. Two sets of documentary stamps

5. One short brown envelope

Successful examinees are required to register and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals in person.

Details regarding the dates and venues for the oathtaking ceremonies will be announced at a later date.
